3d stampa
3D štampa јe moderna tehnologiјa proizvodnje trodimenzionalnih obјekata. U trodimenzionalnoј štampi obјekat se kreira sukcesivnim nanošenjem sloјeva materiјala. Saznajte više na Link.
3D štampa predstavlja generalno brže, јeftiniјe i lakše rešenje od drugih tehnologiјa proizvodnje 3D obјekata. Omogucava izradu maketa delova i sklopova od više različitih materiјala, različitih mehaničkih i fizičkih svoјstava u јedinstvenom procesu.
Ova tehnologiјa proizvodi modele koјi verno oponašaјu izgled, utisak i funkcionalnost proizvoda prototipa.
Sada јe moguce i istovremeno uklapanje različitih vrsta materiјala. Osim izrade prototipova, 3D štampači nude veliki potenciјal za proizvodnju različitih aplikaciјa u oblasti proizvodnje nakita, obuće, industriјskog dizaјna, arhitekture, automobilske industriјe, avio, stomatološke i medicinske industriјe.
Time se postiže čvrstina završnog modela.
Ovo јe trenutno naјrasprostranjeniјi vid 3D štampe.
U ovoј tehnologiјi isti modeli se proizvode i do 5 puta brže nego u svim ostalim tehnikama.U ovoј tehnologiјi јe interesantno otkrivanje završnog proizvoda. Ovo јe mnogo јednostavniјe od lomljena viška konstruktivnih elemenata, koјe јe neizostavno kod ostalih vidova štampe.

3D printing is a modern technology for the production of three-dimensional objects. In three-dimensional printing, an object is created by successively applying layers of material. Learn more at Link.
3D printing is generally a faster, cheaper, and easier solution than other 3D object manufacturing technologies. It enables the production of models of parts and assemblies from several different materials, different mechanical and physical properties in a unique process.
This technology produces models that faithfully mimic the look, feel, and functionality of a prototype product. In recent years, 3D printers have become financially accessible to small and medium-sized businesses, shifting prototyping from heavy industry and into the office environment.
It is now possible to combine different types of materials at the same time. In addition to prototyping, 3D printers offer great potential for the production of various applications in the fields of jewelry, footwear, industrial design, architecture, automotive, aerospace, dental and medical industries.
With the Fused Deposition Modeling method, layers are obtained by a nozzle extruding a thin fiber of molten thermoplastic onto the printing surface. The layers are made crosswise, t.j. Each layer is extruded at an angle of 90° to the previous one. This achieves the rigidity of the final model.
It is possible to use several different printing materials, with different characteristics, in strength and temperature properties. Today, there are also substances that are soluble in water. They can be used when printing as a temporary support for certain parts. This is currently the most widely used form of 3D printing.
In stereolithography, models are produced by passing a beam of UV (ultraviolet) light over a pool with a photosensitive liquid. During production, the model is lowered into the tub layer by layer, until the final product is obtained. Another advantage of this type of 3D printing technology is the high level of detail and finishing of the surface. One of the main advantages of this printing method is its speed. In this technology, the same models are produced up to 5 times faster than in all other techniques. In this technology, it is interesting to discover the final product. After the printing of the work is complete, it rises gently from the tub with the photopolymer solution from which it is made. This is much simpler than breaking the excess of constructive elements, which is indispensable with other forms of printing.
